Developer needed for customisation of a jewelry shop

At the moment i am finishing a NOP Commerce 1.9 shop for a jewelry shop. I need a developer to make some modifications.
The shop owner should be able to decide if he wants to enable extra options for some products.
Options are:

1. The option for the customer to add a limited number of characters for engraving. The shop-owner must be able to set the maximum number of characters. If the customer chooses engraving as an option, a 'starting fee' (definable by the shopwner) should be added to the sales price, plus a fixed amount per character. The customer should have the option to choose from a limited set of fonts.

2. The option for the customer to upload an image to be embedded in the product (for instance in a ring or a necklace) for an extra price. The shop owner activates this option for certain products only. He sets the price for this.
