Admin roles

Would be good to add roles system to admin area to support:
- roles foreach of main sections (Site Structure managers, Customers managers, Orders managers,...) so only if admin is       added to target role can access data.
- Changes to records made by admins are stored and displayed (ModifiedBy, ModifiedOn, CreatedBy,...)
- Permissions separation like Read only/Modify
