Site isn't working on hosting

In local - site is working, but on hosting - error 500.

Uploaded directory in wwwroot

Base from export import successfully loaded
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Help me!

hosting Infofox.ru

In this case I don't know what caused this errors. BTW, there's no such site as infofox.ru

Maybe this will be helped to someone. On parking.ru I did the same work, uploaded all. Control panel parking.ru has options "Application pool" . By default on russian hosting - Framework 2.0 (v3.5). I changed on Framework v4.0 and Enable 32 Bit Application.
