I have loaded all of the nosource nopcommerce files to the root directory per nop's documentation. But when trying to run the install (www.mydomain.com/install, in my case http://rackrelease-nop.com.mytempweb.com/install) a page not found error is returned.
The domain I am using is a temp domain at my host, Applied Innovations.
Any help would be appreciated.

As an addendum to my original post regarding a problem I am having installing the no source code, 2.0 software:
In looking at the upload files for 1.9 I see an install directory. That directory is referred to in the 1.9 manual I purchased. And that install folder does what it's supposed to: install the software.
The manual for 2.0 also refers to an install directory. However, there is no install directory in the "no source" downloaded file group. At least not in what would be the root directory.
What am I doing wrong??
