Ok so... I bought a hosting package that only supports .NET 3.5, so I was trying to run 1.6. Finally gave up on this due to USPS shipping modules which I read to be fixed in 2.0.
Meh... sort of fixed? I can select or deselect USPS shipping methods globally, but honestly that feels very useless. If I have a CD, that might ship via USPS Media, but a baseball clearly cannot.
It appears theres computation going on based on the file names etc and what I've read on the forums, I don't see why the USPS module can't pick acceptable shipping methods?
When I took the time to populate the Weight, and all 3 dimensions of a product, why is it offering my USPS packages that the item won't fit in? In addition the user gets to pick... so they could buy a Desktop Computer, and say to use USPS Media Shipping...
Is there a fix in the works for this? I would expect to only see shipping options that my package will fit in, this is really frustrating :(
Other than that, very impressed with NopCom so far!
