Cleaning email accounts and got this error

The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "QueuedEmail_EmailAccount". The conflict occurred in database "etched4u_db_mvc", table "dbo.QueuedEmail", column 'EmailAccountId'.
The statement has been terminated.
