How can I set a fixed shipping price ?

I really don't know how to set up my shipping taxes.
I have taxes like this:

0 to 1000 gr.  --> 5,5 €
1000 to 2000 gr. --> 5,7 €
.
.
.
1000 and above gr --> 7,3 € and 0,3 plus by each extra gr.

Can anybody help me please?
