No localization for empty addresses

If customer has no addresses there is "No addresses " message on addresses screen. It is hardcoded in Addresses.cshtml. I guess Account.CustomerAddresses.NoAddresses should be there

Thanks for reporting. This issue was fixed in 2.10.
