Upgrade nopCommrece version

Please tell me how to upgrade nopCommerce 1.6 to 2.10 version..?

And where is located Upgrade Scripts 1.6 to 2.10..?

upgrade sequence should be done like this 1.6>1.7>1.8>1.9 and then watch this video how to completely move to nopCommerce 2.0
