How to enable rating for customer in nop 2.10 version?

Hello Friends,

How to enable rating for customer in nop 2.10 version?
I can not find any column inside product table which have field named "AllowCustomerRatings"(available in 1.9).

And the sql updater file which come with the 2.0 version is not updating the values from the nop 1.9 to nop 2.0.

Please advice.

Ratings and reviews were merged in 2.X version.
