I want to integrate nopcommerce shopping cart. I am bit confused which version is the best. I am not much familiar about MVC even want to integrate only asp.net web forms not MVC. Kindly suggest me which version is suitable.

If you don't want to use the MVC project then you want a version previous to 2.x. I would recommend 1.9 since it is the latest version of nopCommerce that uses ASP.NET WebForms.
