Is there any documentation that indicates the database field names in ver 2.10.

No there is no developer documentation for 2.x (or 1.x as far as I know).

You can review the mapping files in Nop.Data.Mapping. These files map C# properties to the database columns. In most cases the column names are generated based on the property name and conventions, but some might have special names assigned to them.
