Trying to change the address model to use a name and room for delivery

I am trying to add a model or change a model to be able to store a name and room number for a delivery with the address.
I tried adding a new model and had major issues.  it works till i save the name and room information.  any comments of what to do or how to go about it my mvc3 and razor knowledge is very little.
