How to publish DATABASE MANUALLY - 2.1V

Hi,

i cant publish 2.1 with webmatrix because of my hosting firm, they dont support web deploy protocol so i have to use FTP.

If i publish with FTP i can only upload site files.

When i see install page i go ahead with recommended SQL install and i get errors..

Is there a way to make a relation with web site files and sql database if i 1- publish files and then 2- make database?

Or how can i make this install easy without web deploy / without vs2010?

ok there is no need 2.1 + i did a clean install without any error (try to build in debug mode)


i will install 1.9 BECAUSE ther eis no LOCALIZATION page in 2.1 for LANGUAGE

i can easly find and change any words with localization.

AND THERE IS NOT LANGUAGE PACK FOR TURKISH.

Ok i ignored that but I already used this extension but it translates like BLABLABLA no meaning or generally wrong translate.

And i have a another problem

there are alot of things liek : "ShoppingCart.Mini.NoItems" i checked LocaleStringResource table and view strings in admin there is a VALUE but it shows RecourceName.

What can i do?

ok i did this i can translate any values but

for example ShoppingCart.Mini.NoItems has a value "No item"

and i see in right-top of my website "ShoppingCart.Mini.NoItems" normally i should see "No item" value.

this is the problem?
