Is the any way of getting these specific values in the customer email, i have italic'd the values i need.



Hello Customer,


Your return request for: Product A, Qty: 1 has been received.

Reason: Other (please say below in the comments box), wrong color

Action: Refund.

Return ID: 1  (Changing this number to a specific return ID number)

The status of this order has been changed (to what) (I would like the staus of the order to be placed here, ie: recieved, resolved, refunded etc)
