Review article website?? is it possible?

I have a news article review type website..

Is it even possible to set this up within nopCommerce

I want to be able to write and upload articles with images through out the article with a drop down list at the bottom to got to the next section of the article.

eg, similar to this site: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/automatic-overclock-motherboard-cpu,review-32296.html

any ideas?
