After installing russian language pack (nopCommerce 2.0) I have such bug (after upgrade to 2.2 the same bug):
In admin panel when I try to save any changes in Configuration -> settings when selected Russian language I have such error:
Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.
