Country list (Countries default)

It seems to me that on a fresh installation all countries are published by default.

If this is true then

a) would it not make sense to have them unpublished all by default and add countries you like (most probably wont ship worldwide)

b) is there a convenient way to unpublish all countries

a) If you don't need them, just unpublish or delete
b) Connect to your database and execute the following script

UPDATE [Country]
SET published=0

Anyway I still think you should start of with most of the countries to 0.
