AliPay payment plugin error on hiting the Configure link

Did anyone ever use the AliPay payment plugin in nopCommerce 2.2? I copies the files and installed it but I got the error message when I hit the Configure link for the AliPay. The error message is as follows:

Thanks for the reply. That's really the good solution. I also found another solution. I can copy the Payments.AliPay folder to the \Plugins folder before I install the nopCommerce 2.2. The problem don't appear in this way.
