I have installed Nopcommerce sucessfully and all working fine, but now my client requirements for Shipping method is different than what it is currently. Here are the requirements for shipping
1. If any destination is selected within main land UK then the following options will appear for shipping
a. Weekday 9am - 6:30 pm
b. Weekday Before Noon
c. Saturday
3. If any destination is selected within Scottish Highlands & Isles then only this option will appear for shipping
a. Weekday 9am - 6:30 pm ( 3-5 working days)
so could you please anyone tell me how can I set something like this?

This could probably be implemented as a Shipping plugin. If you have the source code for nopCommerce then you can browse the plugin section for many examples of shipping plugins.
