v2.20 'reload list of plugins' button causes system to log Cannot redirect after HTTP headers have been sent.

By clicking 'reload list of plugins' button on page /Admin/Plugin/List causes 2 Nop System errors to be logged - Everything seems to work OK so not sure if it is safe to ignore?

A breakpoint on Libraries/Nop.Core/WebHelper.cs LINE 508 Reveals 2 errors in httpContext object

1)
CurrentNotification:  'HttpContext.Current.CurrentNotification' threw an exception of type 'System.PlatformNotSupportedException'  System.Web.RequestNotification {System.PlatformNotSupportedException}
2)
IsPostNotification:  'HttpContext.Current.IsPostNotification' threw an exception of type 'System.PlatformNotSupportedException'  bool {System.PlatformNotSupportedException}

Both error messages state: "This operation requires IIS integrated pipeline mode".

This does not help me as I have already configured the dedicated appPool as 'integrated' within IIS
Is there a solution? and/or Is this a known issue safe to ignore?
