After upgrade to 2.2 I have duplicate country listings, templates, etc

Since upgrading to 2.2 I have duplicate country listing, currency, templates

Is there any way of getting rid of them?  I have been working through the ones I can delete through Admin but the templates don't have a delete button.

Any advice welcome

Clean install sorted this out
