Prices include tax but show tax figure at checkout

Hi all,
Using 1.9 and we want our prices to be inclusive of tax. I've checked the 'Prices include tax' checkbox but unfortunately the tax column displays as 0% now when the user is checking out.

Is there anyway to still show the tax value at checkout but not affect the prices at all as it is already incorporated into the price?
