Upgrade from 2.20 to 2.30 Autofac error

Or whoever did the upgrade of Autofac, could you please provide a list of steps used to upgrade Autofac from one version to the next?

This was my issue.  In a hurry, I just copied the bin folder from 2.3 on top of 2.2 and since the DLLs for Autofac aren't the same from 2.2 to 2.3, they didn't get overwritten and the old files were still there.
