If list of affiliates is empty then text "Displaying items 0 - NaN of" displayed. Resource string is "Admin.Telerik.GridLocalization.DisplayingItems" value is "Displaying items {0} - {1} of {2}" When records count is grater 0 then counter displaing correctly "Displaying items 1 - 1 of 1".
This is issue of Telerik MVC Extensions. It was fixed in their latest release (Q3 2011). The latest official version of nopCommerce uses Q2 2011 version of Telerik MVC Extensions. nopCommerce 2.40 (not released yet) will use Q3 2011
