Howdy all,
I have a question concerning Binary Images and there storage in the Database/file system. I have recently installed 2.3 and I'm constructing an E Commerce platform for a wholesale company. They have an existing database that we will be replicating across to this new system. With over 10,000 products and 10,000 images.
I'm currently manually importing data into the back-end tables to find out how it works through the 3 tiers. I can successfully create category's and product's, variants etc. That are visible on the front end. Except for the image, when adding the image to the table field it will not allow me to insert the Binary Picture code.
I changed the administration option from stored in db to stored in file service but still no image is showing on the Frontend.
I am a complete novice to this whole thing and I would be very great full for any help what so ever.
