I am having some trouble with postage and I wondered if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong:
The website I am working on offers free postage over a 60GBP and in isolation this seems to work fine. However when itis combined with coupon/discount, postage appear to be still calculated on the basis of the original cart value.
Here is an example:
A customer select an item at 65GBP, applies a 15% discount/coupon so the total order is now 55.25GBP. As mentioned free shipping only applies to order > 60GBP so quite logically shipping should then get added but it is not.
To give you some background info, the site runs on NOPCommerce v1.9 and postage is 'Shipping By Order Total' only. In there I set up two methods 1) for order from 0 to 60GBP shipping = 4.95GBP 2) order from 61 to 9999 shipping = 0
The coupon is configured as follow:
Discount type = assigned to order total
Discount requirement = Customer must be registered
Discount limitation = unlimited
Use Percentage = ticked
Discount percentage = 15
Could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
