If you mean "themes" for nopCommerce it is my opinion that the best place to get themes is from http://ncthemes.com/. They are not free, but I think they are some of the best themes available and pretty affordable with all things considered.

I believe there are some free themes under nopCommerce extensions as well. Otherwise you will have to write your own themes.
