Search engine

I want the search engine to work as advance search only (as default). How can I do that?, and how can I integrate it in another page.

Liz, I suppose your query was answered in this post. You just need to make the code changes mentioned in the link below to make Advanced search the default option.

Plus the search option is already integrated in the menu bar on each page, can you please be a bit more elaborate on the requirement.
