UPS Shipping Question

I am using an access key from UPS so it calculates the freight when someone orders something.  When someone want 5 of one items it is calculating x5 (5 boxes) and it shows a high rate to where when someone orders something it should show the total weight to UPS and calculate off that and not 5 packages.  You can get all 5 items in one box.  Can someone please help me find what I need to do so it calculates correctly.

Do you have dimensions set up (height, width, length)?  Try making them all 0.
The problem with the UPS calc is that it sums up all the dimensions, and thus you wind up with an oversize package.
