Google Checkout callback not working when hosting the site on a sub folder

Hello Guys,

I am having an issue where after the upgrade Google checkout callbacks are not working.
I have identified the that the issue seems to be that the site is hosted on an application folder.

If I test the call back from the root site works fine the problem is when I host it on a sub folder.

Any ideas on how to work this around will be great!

I'm not sure but It can be ssl issue because ssl certificate is only for main domain name. and not for /subfolder/

Unfortunately that is not the issues as I tried with a sandbox account and get the same result with and without ssl, works in the root and not in the sub folder.
PD: This was working fine on 1.9 though so I am not sure how to troubleshoot more ?
