After upgraded from 1.9 to 2.2, the System Database backup / restore links disappear

Hi Good evening

I am new to nopcommerce. I just upgraded my system from 1.9 to 2.2. I have two questions.

1) When I upgraded from 1.9 to 2.0, when I ran the SQL upgrade script, everything almost perfect, only at its end, I saw couple red lines with some permission errors. Is this OK? I kept upgrading to 2.2, it seems the system runs fine.

2) Now my system is 2.2, but I found a question after I login as Administrator. There is no Backup and Restore links under System Maintenance as in 1.9. How can I do a system backup now?
