How to have email not que up and send instantly?

I want email to be sent instant and not que up for hours.

1. I have an Email validation requirement for new users.

Want them to receive the email right after they sign up.

2. Order placements and etc needs to be sent right away.

I am noticing two different times being used could this be the problem?

Server time one time and email created on another time.

How to fix this?

Also I am using nopCommerce 2.30
