Bulk Import is Missing My Values [nopCommerce 2.3]

I've been using the bulk importer for a particular client and their 300+ list of products.

However, after the upload finished, it set the value for the template to use to ID 0 even though I set "ProductTemplateID" in my spreadsheet to "2".

This also happened with the manufacturers that I had created in the database. After the import and checking the database, I found that none of the products were mapped to any of the manufacturers that I had set them to.

Why are some of my values not importing properly?
