Can i configure nopCommerce just for Membership purpose

Hey,
I like to use nopCommerce just for Membership purpose?
Where member can create their accounts, login and pay monthly membership fee/charges?
If they are paid members, they can login to their account and add information and detail about their clients, etc.

Please response or if someone have any other suggestions.

I guess it should be much appropiate to use a payment service such as Paypal, so as Skype does
