how do I direct my domain to a subfolder?

Hey to state the obvious I don't have much experience here, anyway here's my situation:

I installed nopcommerce at mydomain.com/nopcommerce and I don't understand how to make it so www.mydomain.com points to mydomain.com/nopcommerce. I installed it using WinHost's AppInstaller. Would it make sense to just reinstall it in my root directory? Thanks in advance.
