Upgrade from 1.40 to 2.30

Our existing NopCommerce site is currently version 1.40. We would like to upgrade this to version 2.30.
I do not know the best way to go about this.

Could anyone on the forum help me with this please?

You have to upgrade stepwise: 1.4>1.5>1.6>...>2.3
