HELP, SSL handshake not working on Android Phones

I can't access secure areas of my site with my Android phone. I just switched from Arvixe to Accuwebhosting VPS and I am not sure what the problem is. The SSL works great on Iphones, and desktops, but not on Android 2.3?

Please Help!
