Pizza Shop 'like' features (Tip line, Minimum Order $, etc)

-Minimum Order Amount (My shop has a $7.00 minimum order)
-Tip Line (At checkout, a customer can enter a tip for the driver)
-Accept a gift card (we have gift cards, I want an order that's treated as a cash on delivery where they specify an account number)

Are any other these fairly simple to develop?
