How to use Object Prevalence to avoid database calls?

Hi.

Nop Commerce is very cpu & memory intensive when we use it for store with more than 70-80k products.

Its already known that it takes lot of time to load too.

My question is, did any one had tried to use Object Prevalence  to avoid expensive database calls and improve performance?

If yes, how to do it? And No, then suggest possible ways to do it.
