Admin editing orders

The admin has the ability to change the order of a customer (Customers -> Select a Customer -> Orders -> View an Order -> Product Tab). But when the customer changes the quantity of a product order variant then the total column value isn't updated. Should that happen? Also along the same lines shouldn't the order total under the info tab be updated.

The Version I am working with is 2.3.

You have to manually update order totals on 'Info' tab
