Upgrade scrpit error nop 2.2 to 2.3

I am want to upgrade my nop2.2 to 2.4, so i am trying to upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3 frist and getting following error while excuting SQL script..

Its sad there isnt any reposne on this.. I am stucking using 2.2 and cant move forward, i have 2000
+ products, export to excel also not working.. and no help whats so ever on this issue.. very disappointing..
