How to stop sending notification email to customer when there is a new sales order

I like this service, I want to collect sales orders from my site, but I do NOT want to send email out to for each sale to my customer. We have a main system, we will manually to enter the sales order to our main system, which will generate notification email to our customer.
Again, my question is: how to stop sending email out to our customer when they place a new order from store.
