log in error nopcommerce 1.9

hi im new to nopcommerce.. i have installed nopcommerce 1.90 it's working properly.
but some times users can't log in to the system by using their email/ username and password.
if any one know what is the reason can you help me.
im really appreciate it.

and how we can create more than one admin account in nopcommerce 1.90
is it possible to create more than one admin account ?

I think you should you the latest version of Nop. currently it's 2.40. that's the best one.

still if you have already installed and started working on 1.90

then for Admin Access.

Yes you can create multiple admin account.

How ?

create one general registration. and you can find one column in database called 'IsAdmin', so you can set it to True. so that's your admin access.

And Why you are not able to login, there can be many cause.
you should post here exact your problem, Is there any error occured ?
or all users can not able to logged in ? or what exactly happens write here, i'll be happy if i can help you out in that.
