Ver 2.2 adding a new listbox

Nopcommerce ver 2.2
Can someone help me add a new list box like the “Information” list box but called “Customer Service”?
I’ve copied the information page and saved it as CustomerService.
I’ve added CustomerService to the localization.
I’ve tried to add the new page Customer Service to the three column master page under "Information" box but I get an error (500 or something).
I’m sure I’m still missing something to make this work.
