Admin - ProductVariant Special Price

Hi,
After upgrading to 2.4, when creating or updating a Product Variant, the validation message - The field Special price must be a number. - appears even when nothing is entered (as suggested by the help text)

Repro
1) Create a new product
2) Create the first product variant
3) Enter details. Leave Special Price empty
4) Click Save
5) Validation message appears

Yep, sorry about that.

It appears that my problem is caused by my attempt to implement the current culture in admin (https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/2653/how-to-change-date-format-for-admin-interface.aspx?p=2)

Worked previously so I just need to find out why it was affected. Thanks Andrei
