I have client check out in my store(nopcommerce v.1.9), because the shipping address is different than registered in PayPal. and its came up error.
I sent all information to PayPal, and PayPal return the message as below:

You can resolve this error by removing the address_override variable that's being sent to us in the code from your website/shopping cart. When using that variable, it makes it so that the buyer can't change the address on the PayPal page and if the address they input for you to send does not match an address in our system, it will give that error. That's why you don't see that error for everybody. Eliminating that variable from the code that you send to us will resolve this.
