Hi,
I have nopCommerce 2.30 and I have just finished setting my e-shop.
I always get a very bad error: amounts in "order information" page are wrong!
This is the explanation:
I've set the VAT to 21%, and set the eshop showing prices "VAT excluded".
For example I try buying an object which costs 55 EUR (excl tax).
So, when I fill the Cart and go to Checkout, it shows like this:
Sub-Total: €55.00 (EUR) excl tax
Shipping (Express delivery) : €18.00 (EUR)
Tax: €11.55 (EUR)
Total: €84.55 (EUR)
That is correct: the system adds shipping (incl tax), tax (21%), and makes the total.
BUT
When i finish the Checkout it says:
"Your order has been successfully processed!
Order number: 12
Click here for order details."
If I click on details an "order information" page appears... but the amounts are showed like this:
Sub-Total: €37.40 (EUR) excl tax
Shipping: €12.24 (EUR)
Tax: €7.85 (EUR)
Order Total: €57.49 (EUR)
They're totally wrong!!! ...and this happens all the times, in all the orders!
I definitely cannot use the e-shop until I solve this problem!
How can I do?
