Question about security of Settings.txt in app_data file

I find that my sql server string in the Settings.txt in app_data file. Is this safe? Because my purchasing hosting is arvixe, it cannot allow Integrated Windows Authorithen access to sql server database. Thanks.

It's OK. Files stored into App_Data directory cannot be accessed from the outside. And Integrated Windows Authorization is just one of the way to connect to your database (it has nothing common with the Settings.txt file where this information is stored)
