Resource string not found

I have installed several stores based on the same install files and sometimes the resource string for
Admin.Configuration.Settings.GeneralCommon.AdminAreaAllowedIpAddresses goes wrong and I can´t bring it on track.

I have tried to delete the resource and put it back but it keeps on saying resource string not found.

What can I do to correct this except get it out of the model and hardcode it?

And why is it only 1 out of 3 installations having this problem (it´s installed on same server)?
